Brody speech

 WALT-Write a persuasive speech that encourages the listener to agree with my opinion.

We used screencastify to record us to read our speech.we also used google documents to write our speech.

reflection-

I found it easy to write my speech but a bit tricky to do the screencastify.

persuasive writing

WALT:Use prompts to construct sentences to persuade my audience to agree with my opinion. 

we had to use sentence starters to write a persuasive piece of writing.

 

reflection: I found it easy to use the sentence starters, I found it tricky to come up what topic i wanted.

introduction:we had do introduce our house hold members in Te Reo Maori on seesaw.

reflection:I found it easy to write my characters down, I also found it easy to colour them in, I struggled to draw my characters.

WALT- organise our ideas to write a narrative using the elements of a narrative story.

we used a template to write a narrative story then made a animation. 

reflection-I found it easy to write the story,i found it tricky to do the animation.

we use google drawings to create a self portrait with a cinquain poem as well

I found it easy to write a cinquain poem.I found it tricky to do the teeth.

character study

WALT-evaluate the actions of a character in a narrative story.

we read a narrative story and then did a character study on google drawings the main character in my story was madeline.

 

Reflection-

I found it easy to read the story.I found it tricky to find the meaning of some vocabulary words.

WALT-use key vocabulary from what we read to write a cinquain poem.

We used websites to gather our words for our poem.

 

REFLECTION-

I found it easy to write my cinquain poem. I found it tricky to add detail.
